I need a graphic designer to design 2 different logos , I have the samples . Now I need those 2 logos designed also I need a copy of each in PNG ( for mockup ) . If you can do it Professional and in time then you are " WELCOME " .
NOTE : One of the logo with balloons is going to be a logo for a baby/kids store so, I want to be friendly/ related with the baby (clothing/goods) store. The other logo without balloons on the top of i the " dot " I want to have a diamond shape, about color I am open for suggestions ...
Reminder : I want the logo to be exactly as you see on the picture. THANK YOU !!!

I need one of the logo to be #9 and to have a #10 background and the heart, star and balloons from # 38.
The colors :
- The top balloon I want to be bright blue
- Bottom balloon I want to be light blue ( the sky color )
- The star bright rose
- The heart light red ( like red tulips color )
