output will be one html with css based on pure-css or other minimalist framework, no jquery
javascript is fine to use

  i want to have a full html/css page i will insert this one as a landing page into a vue.js application so it would help to keep dependencies to a minimum. JS is ok but i would prefer not to use jquery which is too big for a simple animation.
