Karate 2D Game Character Sprite Sheets

Contest Brief

For a 2D Side Scrolling Game platform. The game is action and adventure, the flavor is a bit inspired by the Chinese Shadow Theater. I don't want something toonish, cartoon type or too colorful, I don't want something too realistic neither... The game project is a AAA title so for each pose it must be at least 12 different images and up to 24-32 for difficult pose like Kung Fu pose. The sprite must be 2D not 3D.

It must be vector but with default size of around 150 height and max 80 width for normal position like idle, of course might be more for attack poses...

The main character is a little Chinese Karate Kid (age 12-14). Should be black with grey shadows to give him some volume...

The character must be unique and designed by you, I don't want something picked up from an existing asset store...

For final version I ll need the character positions in different PNG files already set for animation sequence. ex: idle1.png, idle2.png, idle3.png, etc...

I have attached some examples for you, not to be copied but that should inspire you... You don't need to do all the animation right now in the beginning of the contest because I don't want freelancers to work for nothing if I don't choose you... You may just draw the Idle position and I will know right away if you will be the chosen Freelancer to do all the other poses.

I need a complete game character sprite sheet for each of the following poses, all from side view except mentioned otherwise:

-Idle
-Walk
-Block
-Jump

That's it, if you want more details or if you have question don't hesitate to ask I will follow the contest very closely...

This is the main character of my game so this is very very important, I expect a very high quality here.

    Judging by quality of work that contest holder seem to like, i'd change "AAA" part in brief to "2007 free mobile fodder".

    This can be done easy if you had a sprite page set up. What size do you want it? How many? Is your sprite set up per role for one animation? To many question about this for me to make it work right off the bat.
