You are going to write a 1000-word review. You should have knowledge of statistics (in this case, regression) and its application in GIS. If you don't know either GIS or statistics then you might have a hard time.

The one I pick will be the winner and win the prize. In addition, the winner will most likely be given an oppotunity to be exclusively awarded two $50 writing projects just like this one in the next few weeks.

Reason I haven't picked the guarentee wanted option is because this kind of article reviewing is rare (not many people know about statistics and GIS) and hence I don't want to end up with some crappy entries that have nothing to do with the topic and be forced to shell out $50 for nothing. But you could definately count on me, if you do write a good quality article, I WILL reward you and you will be most likely to have two future projects for you.
