Invest2let is a UK based property rental agency.

We need an advert flyer design.
The design must grab the viewer’s attention and your design should utilize impossible optical illusions. People often love simple brain tricks and are more likely to linger on those advertisements that provide illusions for them to ponder.

One of the examples inn the above link we like is the bottle in the lorry titled 'Beer Truck illusion' as the bottle appears to come out of the lorry.

Other examples are 3d pavement art if you google '3d pavement art images'

Brief:
Design artwork suitable for an A5 and A4 flyer that achieves an optical illusion that appears to defy a traditional 2dimensional flyer
Should incorporate our branding either our 'invest2let' OR our '2' logo the images are attached.
We have provided examples above to explain the concept ONLY, we are open to any ideas, the more outside the box the better.
Our business is residential property BUT the design does not have to follow this.
