the point is the disconnect between users and analystis lack of turst. this along with speed of software applications, make for a disconnect of what the user could get with software available and what IT is capable of offering. the point is to define a strategy, an intermediate keepsake up with technology with user need and priorities. This is an important role. what should the strategy be.
