What I am looking for are 4-5 main characters, a background, and some enemies for a 2D game I am developing.

The characters will be cartoon pirates small in size, with each one having a pirate ship.
Must be able to tell the difference between characters.

Looking for a background with vibrant colors for a main menu screen.

Looking for a cartoon-like appearance.

  Hey missing teeth would be good for 1 or 2 of them. Like the hook and the 2 different styles. Maybe one shirtless one and a little bit more with the eyes too.

$80 looks too less, but then you want 2D. My style is a bit different, I model in 3D and then convert them to 2D.

  $80 for this much artwork is fairly low. But you're right, it is a contest. The artists who choose to enter know the prize amount prior to submitting their entry.

  For professional it is low. For non professional its opportunity... Im quite pis.ed off with people who call themselves professionals but their quality is such a shame for real Pro's.

Planning on posting a submission for this job, but I'm curious as to how many enemies you need.
This kind of seems like a lot of assets for $80. I'm definitely interested, though.
