I need a menu for salad bar with the below points

1. Colors are Green, orange and white
2. The concept is a salad bar
3. A logo needs to be created
4. Menu in English
5. Paper size trifold A4 also as high resolution.
6. Two pages (1st page chefs choice, 2nd page create your own salad)
7. Separate drinks from food and everything should be in group.
8. I need it asap
9. No pics for alcohol.
10. Delivers as PSD file

Please clarify the size.. is it a trifold A4 size? Also, are there any images which should be added or it's only text menu!

  correct, should be a trifold A4, i don't have any images so please use creativity from images that can be found online for now, as i will replace the images with my images later on.

Will the menu be a fold type menu with a cover and back or two separate pages. Also you request a logo... what is the name of the company or ideal for the type of logo?

  Yea it should be a fold menu with a cover, the name can be set to Salad Bar for now, once wining the contest i'll specify the right name, the ideal would be a nice logo refering to a salad bar
