Contest Brief

I would like to update the exterior of my building to be more modern. My company does marketing so the building needs to feel more contemporary and creative. Unfortunately I can't alter the overall structure too much. I can add to it, like adding height, using different materials, etc. but the door and window locations for example are fixed. The interior color scheme is gray, black and white if that helps. I added a few photos for inspiration.

Hey, I tell you what would be a real help... If you could give some idea of your budget for the facelift. No point in proposing something that would cost 1m if you're only spending 20k. Thanks.

  Mark, thank you for your very fine effort. You are actually the first designer to send me something. I like what you've done overall, especially making the porch roof wood...very nice. Would you mind doing a second version that uses a darker wood?
