I need some Graphic Design for environmental signage

Contest Brief
I have a sign design already. however i need someone to take each of the image files, and the text, and put them together in a format that will allow them to be reproduced and enlarged. Currently, i have mocked up the design but only in word. so naturally, the image quality means it can not be enlarged sufficiently.
Some of the files i have attached may need to be cleaned up in order to allow the appropriated enlargements to take place.
ULTIMATELY I AM ONLY REQUESTING THAT THE FILES PROVIDED BE PUT INTO AN ADOBE PHOTOSHOP FORMAT IN THE SAME DESIGN AS THE DRAFT I UPLOADED.

Please ensure you are following the brief. I am not asking that the sign be redesigned. I am ONLY asking that the elements/image files be put together into an Adobe Photoshop program
