I need some Graphic Design for an annual directory cover

The Production Book has been around for close to 25 years with a different cover each year for the print directory. This is used in marketing for the year. It is always designed around the BOOK mask attached. I have also attached some covers from previous years to give you an idea of what has been done. Even though it is a directory for film and television the theme does not have to be around this. We do have a sponsor for the cover who will be placing their logo and up to four websites on the bottom of the cover - they can use up to 25% of the cover space but this will be placed over the actual design. Their logo can be seen at airviewstockfootage.com We will also be placing The Production Book logo on it.
We are looking for something quite different, preferably not blue as the cover was a dark blue last year. Can be quite abstract.
Please use the mask provided as this is to spec re size of the cover.
A credit will be provided in the book for the winning entry.

We are liking entries that have 4 stars at the moment so if anyone can come up with something in the next week to compete against these you never know
