I need some Graphic Design for an album cover

Contest Brief
I'm working on turning this image into a commercial pop album cover. This will require graphic design, photo retouching, and logo creation. We're attempting to make this look like a forest, with rain and fog at the feet. There should be a surreal element, similar to a fantasy movie. Imagine you're creating a movie poster, but in a square. I've provided some pictures with examples, and I will do my best to give as much direction as possible.
I've tried to attach the photo, but the files are large, so I've provided them on dropbox:

There are several things to be changed to this. The light strobe from the umbrella should be removed, and the umbrella should be colorized. The retaining wall and mulch should be removed, and made to look like the grass continues. More trees should be added as well. Add fog to the grass, noting that to the side of the feet we will be adding text. Add dramatic raindrops, but keep the lighting from the umbrella.
In terms of retouching, the hairline should be lowered on the high side, and the eyes evened out. From there, general skin retouching is necessary.
Lighting may need to be altered, and filters need to be applied. A blue filter, similar to the Harry Potter pictures is probably best, but open to creative ideas.
To the left of the body, we need text added saying "Ryan Kingsley." That should be in a cursive typeface, but raised, similar to the Harry Potter font. We'd like this in dark gold, and for the fog to interact with the text. We will need a title on the other side, but that will be determined after the winner is determined.
Please feel free to ask any questions, we'll try to respond as soon as possible.

budget too small to get this looking realistic. Your image is far too overexposed and there is no detail in your face because of this. This is something that cannot be changed. I would suggest getting a good picture taken first

CD booklets and covers are usually 4.75 inches by 4.75 inches. For print, you would want to use a high resolution (300dpi)
