I am looking for some background imagery/designs/colour schemes for a website.

Now this is a wordpress theme and it is important to know that I am only looking for some concepts for the background areas to give it some nice simple designs

Requirements of this are that
1. The areas in red in the attached image indicate the areas you have to play with (it's basically the header and the side areas of the site).
2. the light blue colour scheme for the logo and navigation has already been confirmed, as has the logo. So it would need to either match/complement that style
3. please visit a few of the pages of the site (e.g. pricing page) to get an idea of what you are working with
4. Your concept needs to work across all pages, i.e. this will be the background template for the entire site
4. Some keywords that might help you give an idea of what I am after are modern, clean, simple, memorable, flat. and the overall theme of the site is housing/apartments

deliverables include
* all files/images
* some guidance on how I can integrate this into my theme so I reserve the right to ask you specifically how I can integrate your concepts into my theme before payment
