I need a single page for an app that will be a pop-up type screen. The purpose of this screen is to make the user keep the application running when they lock their iphone.
I would like there to be text and a picture of an iphone 5 with a hand pressing the lock button. On the iphone screen will be the image attached.
The text will say:
Please leave this application running when you lock your phone.

The alarm will still go off if you don't, but some features will not be available.

You can resize the image and be as creative as you would like
