UPDATE:
Looking through the designs, we've been able to envisage a concept a little more clearly. There are now 4 extra files uploaded which are image traces of the YouTuber (the individual photos and a grouped one of how we see the image working). We'd like to see what this looks like on a banner with a background and "Steggs101".

Ideas we had:
- Evil looking creatures at the left and right side of the image, looking into the center
- A sort of "ghostbusters" type of guy in the background sucking up the faces with some kind of weapon (we can see this being done using pixel shading so it looks like the faces are being sucked up into little particles.

We're still very open to all ideas though, so feel free to post something you think looks cool.

We're looking for a brand design for a new YouTube channel. The channel will be a "Let's play" type for video games (loud, frantic and excitable). We're struggling to figure out exactly what the logo and accompanying artwork (banner etc) should be. So what we'd like is a YouTube banner design, including a cool logo saying "Steggs101" (can be capitals, whatever you think looks cool), backgrounds for this could be either: wacky, clean, fun, pop cartoony. We're very open to all ideas though.

We've had rough logo designs before (one of which is uploaded), they're good, but not exactly what we're after.

Arguably most importantly, we want to find someone who understands what we're trying to do, we have a rough pilot episode of one of the series here: https://youtu.be/zaM8m5D628Q (you may have to set it manually to 0:00, for some reason it's starting at 16 seconds...). Watching the intro should show you what the channel is like (this is a private channel we use for tests and feedback so videos are unlisted).

Once the banner is done, we'd like to use it in the videos for an end slate, and we'd like to use the logo on it's own for a small watermark. So the banner should be something that can be adjusted and made into this.

Key things:

- YouTube banner size is 2560 x 1440 pixels

- The stand out feature of the main guy on camera is his hair, we like the idea of that being featured somewhere, others have drawn the hair and used it as the "0" in "101".

- A 'trademark' of the channel is going to be 2 thumbs up (we think - this could change if someone creates something else that looks awesome). We wondered if replacing the two "1"s with thumbs up would look cool (your decision!)

- The channel is meant to be fun, screamy, frantic and exciting. We'd like the logo to represent this with colour schemes. Loud colours are probably the way to go here, but do bare in mind bigger youtubers like JackSepticEye have this too, so it needs to be distinguishable from them (for example, Jack's colour is mainly green).

- We scream... a lot. Someone suggested having an avatar resembling the main guy running away screaming at something (we thought that was cool)

- If you'd like a photo to work with of the main guy, just let us know and we'll arrange it.

- The three youtubers the channel is most like are: PewDiePie, Markiplier and JackSepticEye, so feel free to draw inspiration from them.

- Pixel shading looks quite cool, something like this https://uk.pinterest.com/pin/400538960590428873/ could be encorporated into the background (with different colours than these - blue & black, green & black or whatever you think). It should make a cool looking pattern though, as the pattern on the example is a bit bland.

We want to find someone we can work with regularly to continue improving and strengthening the brand, so more work will be up for grabs to our favourite designer.

      We're also aware this is probably a little unorthodox to set new requirements, and would like to apologise. The designs that have come in so far have been incredibly useful for us to get more of a vision of what we're after! (After all, if we're not sure what we want, how can we expect someone to come up with something to our taste!). Thank you all for your understanding, and entries so far.

    Thanks for the entries so far! After looking at them, the guys are thinking the hair should be featured somewhere. We're really interested to see what two thumbs up (facing the user and tilting outwards a little) with the hair in between them would look like.
