This Is (PHASE 1) of (ARAB SEO PROJECT)

Hello Guys;

I am running a new eCommerce Website in Arabic & English. The major is Arabic target G.C.C (Khallej Countries).
What I need is an Expert Guy or Team to start digital marketing for the website.
The eCommerce website is specialized in Fashion Jewelery & Authentic Watches.
This project is in Phases as payment 100% is divided by phases too:

Phase 1 (Paying 5%): Analyses Website & Make a Marketing Planning
Phase 2 (Paying 15%): Start Planning stage 1 (depending on planning)
Phase 3 (Paying 15%): Stage 2 (depending on planning)
Phase 4 (Paying 30%): Stage 3 (depending on planning)
Phase 5 (Paying final): Stage 4

Please pay attention, You will submit your proposal & working plan in details with strategy what you will do for me by PDF or DOC file.
I will review all Proposals, then decide.
All proposal send to me before agreement of price and job project later on PHASE 1.
