I would like to you to create a logo to be print in our t-shirts. I will choose one best design.

Team Name:
- International Project Management (IPM)

What do we do?
- Basically, I'm a staff of Freelancer.com.
- We're the team behind the translation of the Freelancer.com website to different languages.
- Our team is composed of Multilingual Agents and Project Managers taking care of different languages.

Logo instruction:
- We want the Freelancer.com Hummingbird to be dominant in the logo design.
- Name of the team should be highlighted as well.
- It should symbolize International languages and global market, but I don't want the typical globe symbol with flags all over.
- Design should look good when printed in a black t-shirt.

Please see the attached file for the Freelancer.com logo. Also, read the Public Clarification Board for the update/changes I want for the logo.

By the way, create a space for a flag, which we can modify based on the language my team member is translating. For example: I handle Filipino language, there should be a Philippine flag somewhere in the logo. One of staff translates Spanish, there should be a Spain flag in the logo. The link below is my preferred flag design, but if you have a better idea, then showcase it. :-)
