I need a Landscape Design for Front Yard in Northern Vic, Australia

I am in the process of purchasing a new house and require a landscaping plan for the front yard.
The property includes two adjacent blocks. The house is on one block, and the other block has well established gardens and hedges from midway down to the back.
The property originally had a front fence, and gardens, and the fence was removed, which also means the front yard and gardens need a complete makeover.
The property 40 meters wide.
I would like to incorporate both gardens, lawn, pavers, and a possible water feature. I also would like the plan to include a new brick and steel railing fence (I have attached a sample image, as an idea.) I like the idea of driveway gates being set back a little from the fence.
There is a very large elm tree at the front right, that needs to be factored into the design. This will be staying. There is also a large cedar tree on the L/H side of the front entrance driveway that will be staying.
I have attached a sketch of the property, the blue coloured lines indicate existing gardens, and the red coloured lines indicate where I am needing the landscaping ideas.
The carport can be seen in the pictures, and this will be very open and viewable from the street. I would like the plan to incorporate ideas to make the vehicles less easy to be seen.
I would like the plan to include both a plan view, and possible 3D visualisation. The plan should include suggestions for the plants. These need to be suitable for the northern Victorian climate.
