I have a flow diagram that i want designed
I have an investment process that i want to illustrate by a flow diagram.
I have one almost done i wish to put the flow diagram on my website www.thepropertyinvestmentcompany.com
Here is the process investor has 10k
we group their 10k with other investors and put the money into a company
We via the company buy a property
We rent the property and return the profits to the investors
we try to get a mortgage and return the funds raised to the investors
Every 3 years we have a vote to decide if it is time to sell the property
when we sell the property we return the money to the investors

I am almost happy with this infographic but want it to be smoother and more in keeping with the site.
