  It is a custom encryption for sure.
  Near impossible to figure out for everyone but the developer who wrote the algorithm.

  I tryied with many encryption algorithims (DES, AES, Blowfish) but none of then get the data decrypted. Maybe there is a diversisfication algorithim or a seed / IV that is missing?

  My expertise is in cryptography. The string was not only base64 encoded but also encrypted with a secret key that you supplied. Most people overlooked the encryption step and assumed it was just a simple encoding.
  The encryption technology used in this case is complex and requires a thorough guide. However, this cannot be done in a Contest Entry due to the limited time and space.
