I need plans drawn for the attached block of land picture.

the land has an easement at the back, therefore, needs to be 2meters from the easement.

On both sides are properties - so windows are available for the front and the back only.
The downstairs is commercial.
Upstairs is an apartment.

Stairs to the upstairs apartment is from the front (downstairs)

Upstairs a 2 - 3 BR apartment and downstairs a shop.
Upstairs - a Balcony to the Front and a Balcony to the Back

Please draw according to the measurements on the uploaded file.
