Hi There,

We are a web design and brand consulting firm located in Las Vegas Nevada. We are constantly on the lookout for talented designers and developers to team up with, so if things go well with this design there will surely be more work going forward.

What is it:

Our client seeks to create a vacation rental website for properties located in the Outer Banks (north carolina.) The site will have a similar look and feel to airbnb. Please reference below for more details.

What is needed now:

A classy, sleek, modern, and minimalist homepage. The homepage will need to be similar in appearance to airbnb as it looked here: https://web.archive.org/web/20140530202435/https://www.airbnb.com/?cdn_locale_redirect=1

Must haves:

Large banner image with all fields as seen in the link above overlayed on top of it. Please use attached "outerbanks5" for the banner image.

3 columns beneath the large banner image:
column 1: -Title: "How it works"
-Body: use lorem ipsum for now.
-Notes: this will only be text in this boxed column so please use creative clean fonts to bring life to the text.

column 2: -Title: "Featured Listings"
-Body: Images outerbanks1-outerbanks4 will be stacked vertically and left justified. They should be thumbnails with lorem ipsum text next to them. These are property listings and should look as such. Think facebook ad style.

column 3: -Title: "Last Minute Deals"
-Body: Same content as the body of column 2 but please be creative with the layout making it different than column 2.

Footer: Four column footer each containing lorem ipsum quick links. similar to airbnb.

Logo: please use the attached logo in your design. logo placement should be like that of airbnb.

Colors: Blue, grey, white, black. The site needs to feel light and open so please refrain from too many dark main colors.

Hey Everyone! Great work so far. Here is what the client would like to see.

1. 3 medium to large sized circular icons representing each of the 3 sections (how it works, featured listings, and last minute deals) These icons need to be displayed horizontally underneath the large banner image. Please make each icon a different color, but make sure that the colors you choose fit the rest of the design.

2. A medium dark grey for the footer.
