Dear crunchy designers,

I need a high resolution home page re-design for my website that is dealing in VOIP services. My site is www.zeribs.com
My current site is totally copied that was done by a freelancer and later I came to know that it is copied from some where.
I only need a design and no html but it should be html friendly.
PSD should be properly made with defined names on each layer.

Here is the case:
Moving banners will be removed and there will be a big picture on home page with moving text.
In place of "Technologies we use" text will be replaced by "Our core routes" and flags of different
countries will move from right to left.
The three columns at the bottom will be named as:
Wholesale, Products, Mobile computing
You may provide same design with 2 color themes. One is with the same color (current theme of website) and other one is of your choice.

Can't expect to get an original full done website for 30$. Raise the price for 100$ and maybe someone will consider doing it.
