I'll attach some stuff for you to get the gist of what I'm after.. Its after the Dale Earnhardt Inc logo... The olive branch represents a 'hand shake deal' or 'peace' if you will, and the compass represents 'direction' and 'knowing where you are' , somewhat 'secure'..... I want to change how it looks obviously.. Here is some rough drafts my boys did for me,
