Contest Brief
I have a logo which I have provided int the attached file. I need the following:
A. Business Card I need a Black and White business card (USA Standard Size). The logo can be incorporated on the front size or it can be used on the back side with the contact information on the other side. The information is as follows: Kirk Lazaruk. President. 149 S. Barrington Ave. Suite 717 Los Angeles, CA 90049-3310. Phone is 818 421-5546. Fax is 818 337.7101. Web is www.gravitasgroup.net email is kirk@gravitasgroup.net.
B. The letterhead (8.5" x 11") will be Black and White and must also be formatted so I can use it in MS Word.
C. I will need a return Address label that fits Avery Label # 15661.
D. Lastly, I will need a signature block that I can use in MS Outlook for my emails.
