+Our Business Profile+
Our company, TCHER Agency, generates income primarily by matching tutors to students. Another avenue of income comes from the advertising in our site. The website is an integral part of our marketing strategy and platform to interface with customers.

*Contest Requirements*
Our purpose is to create an interface for our website that is superior to our competitors. We have provide our home page interface template for our graphics designer to work on.

Contestants are only required to do the graphics design portion of our front page based on our template. Graphics designs are required and not random photos and clip art to be inserted. The winner may be engaged with new terms, to be our graphics designer of the entire site after this contest.

=Design Requirements=
We enjoy the feel and look of the "Minimalism" design approach and we would like to see this approach heavily applied in your designs. Minimalism is a design concept that uses simple, clean and modern icons and graphics. Designers can research these links to explore more from the following sites:

~Interface Description~
All our functionalities descriptions take reference to the attached pdf file “Home Page”. In the attached file, boxes are used to denote regions to describe our requirements and it does not mean we necessarily want boxes to be planted everywhere.

Blue Zone 1,2 - Contestants are to reference to the freelancer home page from the top to the region with the rocket section (JPEG file Blue 1-2). This region works in a similar manner but we have added tabs to increase the functionalities. Our company logo (JPEG file Home & Ai Home) will be the home button. Graphics are required in the space of zone 2. Icons may be used for meaningful purposes for the “Teach” and “Learn” buttons in zone 2.

Blue Zone 3 - Contestants are to reference to the “8 icons” region of the freelancer home page (JPEG file Ad Space). For our home page zone 3 functions like an advertising space to feature some of our tutors.

Red Zone 4 - The 3 spaces will have a very short write up (Provided by us) on each point on “Our Business”, “Our Process” and “Competitive Rates!”. Icons must be designed and place to represent the 3 points meaningfully to catch the users’ attention. Contestants can take reference to JPEG Icon1, JPEG Icon2 and JPEG Icon3.

Green Zone 5 - Tab with the various buttons at the bottom of our home page. Follow button is a button to link up with social sites such as Twitter, Facebook and Google+.

Orange Zone 6 - “Back to the top” button with an Icon.

We only use our references to best describe our requirements due to the limitations of communication in this contest. When it is mentioned to take reference to this particular image or site, we are referring to the functions and format. Any contestants found violating the IP of any designers will be reported immediately.

&Grading&
Our grading system is divided into 2 parts: Functional requirements & designs. If your functional requirements are incorrect or missing, 2 stars or lower will be awarded.
Rejected or 1 star - Too many functional requirements are missing/incorrect
2 stars - A few functional requirements are missing/incorrect
3 Stars - All functional requirements are met. Designs need improvement
4 Stars - All functional requirements are met. Designs are somewhere close to what we are seeking
5 Stars - All functional requirements are met. Designs are the one we are seeking

  part 1 : .. i changed the top menu , and ur home botton is your desire logo .
  Part 2 : i improved zone 2 . if this part is ok i spend my time to another zone , ?

  if you have any pic that like to use in this area ,that will be better for design to connect the other parts .
