Just want to reiterate this should be Graffiti Art not "Word Art". I know how to bend letters and add colors or shading. I'm looking for an involved design with a colorful background. Think "spray paint". It should not look like a cartoon. Look at the links in my other message for samples of graffiti art.

  Yes. You work in CMYK and export CMYK, while the web works with RGB. Export as RGB and it will work, or convert to RGB before export. :)
