    You need need a good content strategy. You have a lot of content on the web. That's good, but it would be better to remove it, leaving the basic content and gradually add the rest of the contents of this form will recognize that google always puts new content, improve ranking and receive more visits. Also important are meta tags dc and microformats. Then you need a google + profile for you company. That is only basic SEO.
