My entire house lot needs a cohesive, end-to-end landscape vision rendered in 3D. The plan must balance three equal priorities—recreation, aesthetic appeal, and long-term sustainability—while showcasing every key outdoor feature I have in mind. Scope • A complete layout that blends garden beds, water features, and integrated outdoor lighting with a family-friendly recreational zone. • Dedicated zones for a landscaped garden, detached gym, swimming pool, BBQ/outdoor-kitchen area, and a small barn, all tied together by consistent materials, planting palettes, and circulation paths. • Plant selections and irrigation concepts that minimise maintenance and support sustainable gardening goals. Deliverables • Master site plan (2D) with clear dimensions and annotations. • Photorealistic 3D renders from multiple viewpoints plus a short walkthrough or fly-through video. • Lighting, planting, and material schedules in a format I can hand to contractors. • Native design files (SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, or similar) so future edits remain possible. Acceptance The final package should illustrate how each space flows into the next, confirm that all listed features are represented accurately, and demonstrate both daytime and evening ambience with the lighting plan engaged. This project includes a full landscape design. We have a house that is being built and we are working on what we want for the landscape and add on
