Formating CV for make it more presentable and Forming index

Have a CV that I would like to be edited to be more presentable. It is in Microsoft Word and I would want someone to add a proper index for it. One that automatically will be updated as more information is added to the CV.
In essence I am not very good with the Indexing functions on Microsoft word and want someone to do it for me.
