THIS IS YOUR REASON FOR YOUR PROPOSAL
Engaging in regular physical activity reduces stress and anxiety, and depression. It increases self-esteem, confidence and a sense of well-being.
THE PROPOSAL
Too busy to make it to the gym. I will come to your school and run training sessions for your staff.
Who: Henry Joyce (Mobile: 0439204697)
When: Before or after school
Where: Schools (state, independent and catholic) in the Brisbane Metropolitan Area
How long: 30-60 minutes (to fit in with the school day)
For whom: All interested teachers and support staff (any age or fitness level)
Cost: POA

About Henry Joyce: (include picture)
Hi – my name is Henry Joyce. I own and operate a small fitness studio in East Brisbane. I am an accredited personal trainer, Cert 3 and 4 in fitness, pilates certification, kettlebells 1 and 2 cert and have __5___ years’ experience. Currently I provide classes in East Brisbane and personally train over 50 client per week. I am committed to improving the physical health of all my clients.
