Contest Brief

Looking for a designer to create a coffee/doughnut/ice cream shop with the attached floor plan blueprint. Looking for modern and contemporary design and upscale decor. Must be able to do both a complete floor plan and interior decorating (including colors, materials, decor, etc....).

Keeping in balance the use of space and customer seating. Open to stand alone tables for 2 or 4, booths for 4 to 6, and lounge furniture such as couches, end tables, coffee tables, loveseats, etc.....

Note there is only one door in and out of the store (at the front). Design must include counter-top space to serve customers, a checkout area (register), a doughnut display case, and an ice-cream display case. Note: no restrooms please!

I have attached a new floor plan. Unfortunately, I do not have a CAD file to share. I have added the approximate dimensions of each perimeter wall. Use this to your best abilities. Again, just looking for a layout with decor. I do not need a CAD or full 3D rendering. Please reply with additional questions.
