  @Contest Holder. It has been observed with great concern that most of the participants were communicated the same message "if you do desire changes...can you complete in the next couple of hours" Which consequently made everyone feel that he is expecting to be the winner. On the other hand, as per feedback and response on the winning entry, it doesn't seem to be in line with the provided brief. Moreover, It is obvious that there are other entries which are more close to the provided brief. I personally have no objection awarding it to any freelancer but on the contrary, I am seriously in doubt that how the Contest Holder awarded it. Anyway, all the best guys!

  For all contestants that have provided links to actual PowerPoint presentations - you probably know this is against the Freelancer's terms. Specifically for the requested slide 3 makeover, you can provide a video screencast or animated GIF for a proof. I won't report you but other freelancers can do that - why risking account termination by Freelancer's staff?

     It's in the 29. Contests section of the https://www.freelancer.com/about/terms document, the last paragraph. Yeah, it seem to be written more from the Buyer (Contest holder) view but some freelancers told me they received a warning. If you read the statement correctly, it forbids Buyers to receive the work on any other website than Freelancer.com.
     
     The entire paragraph implicitly also means that completed work is not to be submitted before awarded to protect other freelancer and have fair game for all (so the contest holder doesn't take away the work without compensating - can happen if the contest is not #guaranteed). And beside that - it's stupid to submit an entry that other freelancers can copy, modify and submit as their own.
