I am planning on opening fries specialty shop, which will serve in cinema food court, so I would like the following requirements are needed:

- Layout of the space
- List of machines/equipment like deep fryer, fridge, freezer etc.
- Electrical load schedule

I will attache the proposed location of the shop – 40 sqm – (green space)

Do you have any idea on the number of customers to be served at normal and peak capacities, so the right amount of counter space can be provided. Also how many different type of foods are you looking to serve ? French fries, doughnuts, etc. as different food types will require different equipment
