Contest Brief

The winner will be the person who comes up with the best method for automating the process of finding pages where I can leave comments. The pages must meet all of the following criteria:

1. the page must have been published within the past month (the past week would be even better)
2. the page must allow readers to leave a comment
3. the page must allow a link to be placed inside the body of the comment
4. the comment link must be Do Follow
5. the page must be on a high authority domain

The winner does not have to do any work or provide any software, just the best idea for how to automate this process.

To clarify further, what I am looking to do is place a manual comment, a real comment written by a real person, on a new page of a high authority site. The comment will be well written, relevant and helpful. It will contain a link to another page containing relevant, helpful information - for example, an article in the New York Times on the same subject. I will expect the comment to get reviewed by the site administrator who will approve the comment, with the link, because of their relevance and quality.

The part I don't want to do manually is find where I can leave these types of comments. But the page MUST meet all the criteria above.
