Contest Brief

A logo for a new company called "Excellous Pty Ltd"
I would like to use the motto: Excellence is not an act, but a habit.
This will be a training and education organisation.
I have attached a rough idea of something like I am looking for - but I am very open to other ideas too.
I want an inspirational logo that is black and white for easy printing

    I like the image in 48 and I like the sharp X and font in 36 - but I would be interested in seeing some different pics. I think 31 is interesting - especially the font, but I am not sure about the pic.
