  you can design with hard plastic inner layer and durable metal outer layer. costs will be less than the prices available in market today.   If you can design both outer and inner shape with different colors and shape that would be helpful. From measurements stand point, I really don't have any dimensions as such you are free to use any dimensions but the design has to be appealing and people should show interest in buying... you can use whatever design you want. Basically, its all baout how you design the end product which is appealing to end users.
