I need a javascript like this [login to view URL] , the list with draws come from mysql .

Please first to make this simple script check the link and make some test , i need that my script work well like this from link !

What i don't need from this script si the system combination (if i select 5 number the script show me the obtion for system 1/5 2/5 3/5 4/5 5/5 ), i don't need this !

For all draws the minim number of ball that must selected is 1 and the maxim come from MySql and is diferet from draw to draw !
The draws must be disabled when the start time is gone . Ex. if a draw start at 21:55:00 and the time now is 21:55:01 , that draw must be disabled and don't need to show on page
The stake that will bet for the pick must be minim 1 and the maxim si the amout that the user have in balance !

is there a table in the database?.
My proposal is based on:
- The php file to verify the current date and compare with the date of the draw
- Javascript Object to show if available the draw by AJAX
- HTML file to display the app

is essential UI design for the proposal?, I do not have available hosting for the files, how can I send you the proposal?
