Contest Brief

I need a talented artist to draw me a wizard for a childrens book project. This may lead to many other drawing requests in the future, as the book will require several illustrations.

A bit more specifics of what I want in the drawing:

A young wizard (around 8 years), with a way too big, (perhaps blue) wizard-outfit (Gandalf-ish), and a magic wand. He has brown hair and blue eyes.
His sidekick is a furry cat with big eyes and a clever smile. He is caramel/brown/orange colored.
The setting is a "magic" village, where animals can talk, dragons live etc. So there`s no electricity or modern equipment at all :)

Optional:
* They live in a small red house with a round "tower" on top, where there is a small window. In the garden there is a huge tree.
* The kid has a magic inner pocket in is wizards outfit that can be filled with everything (ladders, huge books etc), and it does not show on the outside.
If some of this can be incorporated in the drawing, that would be very cool. It`s not a requirement, but would be fun to see your ideas.

I don`t have any color requirements, but as this (hopefully) will be featured in a childrens book, it should not be too dark or mopey.

At zoom level 100% (1:1) the image must be highly detailed.

Digital art (2D / 3D Computer Graphics) or traditional art will be ok.

Image aspect ratio: 1:1.6 rectangle (horizontal:vertical)
Minimum Image size: 2800x4500 pixels @300dpi
Graphic file: PNG or JPG 100% quality

No stock or clipart images.
No Fan Art.
Only original works, please.

Upon payment of the image, the artist will grant to me all the rights for the use and the reproduction of the image (copyright).
The artist will retain the moral rights (the right to be mentioned as the author of the artwork).
Small, non-invasive artist's signature on the image is allowed.

I can get you what you need, but with the need for exclusive rights to the artwork indefinitely (which is what you are asking for) ... you'll need to increase the amount to cover an intellectual property release. #sealed #increaseprize
