Contest Brief

Hi, my name is John. I am a DJ/Producer/Musician looking for new artwork/logo design for my new alias/project called Moon Funk. Under this alias, my music and sound has influences from future bass, glitch, trap, hip-hop, twerk and mid-tempo styles infused into my own form I have named Moon Funk. Some of my artist influences for this project are Flume, What So Not, Mr. Carmack, D!RTY AUDIO, Phazz, GRiZ, Rustie, Hudson Mowhake, GANZ, Diplo, Haywyre, Baauer, GLadiator - I suggest you take a listen to some of these artists on Soundcloud to get a gist of my sound and style, which could help inspire a vision for the logo.

Again, my artist name is: Moon Funk. The logo could be the actual lettering, the initials "MF" or an image that you think resembles my vision and then have the lettering below. I am leaving the concept wide open as I am open to all ideas. take this where you would like to go. I have attached some images of logo design that I think resembles what I am looking for partly, but go down the path that best suits you. There are no boundaries for colors, 3D or 2D, etc.

If the logo is done well enough, I will potentially sign you on for my first EP cover album art project for $75+

Today, I am going to be going through and cutting out half of the remaining active submissions. This doesn't mean you are out of the contest. Instead, it will help you see the direction I have chosen in large part to the interesting approaches some of you have taken with design.
