I want to have an early design for a villa which I want to build in future. The ground is about 800m2, east-west facing, and my plan is to build a 2 story villa (flat roof). I can build maximum 250-260 m2.
See attached file for more info and design requirements.

Office should be on the ground floor.
I think a L shape villa helps getting enough light into the living room, comparing to a square shape.

3D design is not really needed unless you want to highlight something specific in it.

The villa can be L shape, U shape, square, etc. no hard requirements. Does L shape help getting more light from the south?

  250-260m2 is for ground floor + 1st floor together.
  open to ideas about the pool (must be outdoor pool), nothing fixed about placement. most probably will be about 3x7 (which translates to 5x11 practically due to necessary facility around it).
