I am looking for business cards for my ministry. It is important the business cards are professional, yet modern with a great "forward" design.

Check the attached JPG & PNG (Act Ministries, Apostle 1, Picture 3, Screen Shot 2014-09-04) for potential business card ideas. I have also attached the ex1.jpg, as an example as how I want the front to be setup.

I would like a back to the card that says:
