I need a redesign of an existing rollup display in print quality

Visible format is 1000x2000mm, data format is 1002x2101mm
not visible border on top is 10mm and 100mm on bottom

attached the current rollup design. the logos on bottom are available on request as hires cmyk jpeg and the top logo is available as vector grafic (e.g. corel draw)

the words on the rollup is what we are doing and in german language

we need a printable pdf in at least 300dpi and the editable source (please provide the information in wich format we can get it)

we need a matching design for business card and a A4 folder, too. But that is a following job...
