I am terribly sorry for this occurrence and I see what have I done here now. After two days of this contest, I recognized that the price for the quality I am seeking is extremely low and new project had to be created with dedicated team that has started to work on it. I can't predict all events and I simply ran out of time and was forced to create a new offer. I am sorry if I caused any problem and I thank you for your entries.

Rewards have to be progressive. Level 11 badge must be way cooler than level 1. Can be anything instead of badges as long as it looks like a rewards icon. See if you can get creative and come up with something unique.
