Law Firm seeking artist to design the following:

1. 1 or 2 page Flyer for advertising legal services and prices for closing of a Residential Purchase Transaction;
2. 1 or 2 page Flyer for advertising legal services and prices for closing of a Residential Sale Transaction;
3. 1 or 2 page Flyer for advertising legal services and prices for a Mortgage or Refinance Transaction; and
4. Limited Time Coupon or Postcard for a discount to those who engage services in one of the above transactions within 45 days.

I want to be able to request as many revisions as are necessary to produce a satisfactory product. I will provide you with prices and written content. Artist needs to provide licensed stock images for use with the project.
Please prepare your submissions using sample copy, data and pricing. The winner will need to work with me after the contest closes to add my firm's actual pricing, copy and data.

The art work needs to be completed in both vector and raster format and all source documents need to be delivered on closing.
