I need someone to design my name card, so that I can take the file to a specialised printing shop here in China and have many cards printed.
I have had a lot of experience with designing past business cards (personal and business) with FreeLancer and I really trust the process and believe in giving you designers the freedom to come up with something great. So please design as you like but do stick to the guidelines below. I ask that you keep it simple, keep it clean, and easy to read. Thank you very much.
Please note the following guidelines that I have prepared for you:
- Front side: very simple, navy blue, with little text.
Please see the word document attached for full details. Please ignore the use of the word PJ and the Chinese equivalent in the sample given. Please use the text Paul and the Chinese equivalent from the word document. The image is only for style and colour and reference. I don't know the name of that font but I do like it, so maybe you can come up with something similar.
- Back side: also very simple, in navy blue as well (but also happy to consider a different colour for the back side that you think will go well. Please see the word document attached for full text details. Please note the text in italics refers to the need for you to replace that text with the relevant icons (such as the WhatsApp symbol and the Email Symbol). Please note that the QR Code to be used by you can be taken from the additional attachments called 'Original Image...' or 'cropped image...' (wherever you think it will be of the highest quality). There is also a quick mock up that I made of the back side under 'Back side - sample...' simply for you to see what I mean about the importance of icons replacing the italic text.
I expect to go through quite a few iterations with you before signing off on the job. I also expect the full suite of files that I am used to receiving when engaging designers. Also note that low cost reflects the small amount work that I consider this job involving (when compared to previous cards requiring logo design head shots))
Thanks very much and I look forward to working with you and completing the job.
“Well intended and good attitude but I really struggled with being understood once we were working closely together on that chat platform. Some basic questions I just could not get across. I wish this designer the very best in the future. Worth taking on and would recommend if you need minimal post service interaction. Very timely and will get back to you right away. ”
