I need a front-page design for a website, where business students will apply their teams for one national contest. The design should be simple, at the same time it should be inviting and exciting in order to attract teams and to encourage them to participate.
Elements that design should contain:
1) Header with logo , slogans (2) and prize money.
2) Main part, where will be located from 15-20 cities, that will participate in this contest.
3) Navigation buttons for Apply Now and About Project
4) Supporters block, where will be logos of companies that support contest
5) Social plugins for Facebook and one more social network ( by plugins I mean the box with page name and some pictures of followers)

Please, use attached logo and you can see some elements in the attached example, which has OK structure, but design is not good and social plugin format is wrong. Anyway, any contestant may come up with another structure, if it looks good.

5) Where are the locations that you'd like to be displayed? I dont need all of them or anything, curious if it's nationwide (USA?) or worldwide. This leads me into my next question.
6) Would you be interested in a more interactive solution to you locations display? For example, an interactive map of sorts? Or a simple filter system?

I have a few questions about the project, with some questions focusing on how the rest of the site will function/operate.

1) For the locations... Are these links that lead to other pages? Or are they just purely visual and non-interactive?
2) You specify only "Apply" and "About" pages. Are there other pages? Perhaps a page on how to become a sponsor? Other pages?
3) You mention that you have two slogans... Would you be willing to share them? And perhaps let us know if one is more important than the other?
4) What file format should the final deliverables be? PSD? INDD? Other?

That's all the questions I have. I will let you know if I have any more. Thanks for this opportunity! Looking forward to working on this.

Ok, i have sealed the contest. Please, when you create designs, take into account that there should be at least 15 cities and those cities with header should be seen without scrolling on standard notebook screen (resolution 1366x768)
