I have an app for iOS and Android that contain info about the illness stroke for patients and their relatives.

As the app already exist in a brand-new hot design, these new pages should match the current design of the app.

The job is to design all pages including all graphical elements on it (background, icons etc.) and it must be for both Android (tablets AND phones) and iOS (iPhone AND iPad).

I have attached a mockup of the new app pages as well as the specifications/description. The layout is not 100% strict & if you think that you have something better in mind, you can submit those as well. I'll appreciate that. I've also attached the app logo and some screenshots of the current app which has the design you need to keep in mind.

For icons, please use the IcoMoon Free icon pack - which we're already using.

Following are items I require in handover, if your design is selected:

1. Design mockup images.
2. Icons of different resolutions (i.e. mdpi, hdpi, xhdpi, xxhdpi).
It will be much better if you can also provide the image in the .PSD format (or in other format your design tool gives) as well as .svg files
3. Drawables & XMLs (if any).
4. Background images (if any).
5. Color codes.
6. Gradient (if any)
7. Animation examples

... but basically any and all files to be which developer needs to be able to create the apps.

You're also very welcome to supply simple animations for some of the graphics if you have something cool in mind.
