We need design for our new Android application "Vitalia tracker".

Range:
+ Design layouts for 7 pages (look at attachments) in resolution 480x800. You don`t have to do all 7 pages! You can do first (main) minimum (and the rest after contest if you win).
+ You can change place of the elements, functionality (for example: method for collecting data in forms) if this give more beautiful and unique design.
+ Adjust the colors similar to used on the www.vitalia.pl (green, orange, dark gray). But! You can decide on one dominant color (in most cases, this is indicated). You do not have to use all three, do not have to be too bright colors (do not have to be 100% color from the page), you can use pastel colors as well. All depens on you.

Not in range:
- Witouth logo. You can leave, insert white space, insert some text or simple proposal of "Vitalia.pl tracker".
- Icons for 13 activities (it depens on you - look "menu_activities.png" - if You think that icons are necessary, please give some exemple at least of one or leave white space).

PLEASE BE CREATIVE! Feel free to re-organize or change the layout. Or, keep it in the same location and change its look. But we need someting more beautiful and different from similar apps.

ADDED 20.08.2013:
