Contest Brief

We are developing a calorie counter app on similar to this app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.healthifyme.basic&hl=en ). We want a good Mock up to be designed for this mobile app.
We would require the mock-up should be presented for all three major platforms i.e Windows, iOS & Andriod.

Submit your entries for the following
1) App launcher icon (Should be made by modifying or useing the attached images anyone from the files named 'Launcher')
2) App Home Page (example attached 'Sample Dashboard' )
3) Diet Calendar Page ( A month view calendar page)
4) Menu Page (with similar menu options as that of above given app)
5) User Details Entry Page (with similar menu options as that of above given app)
6) Item Recipe Screen
7) Mobile Screens for attached images :
a) Daily Meal Summary
b) Food Entry Screen
c) Monthly Meal Intake report
